Good workout during the winter or when you're not able to walk outside for whatever reason. workout - afterall, getting your body and heart pumping even for just a few minutes is better than not at all. It doesn't take long to squeeze in even one mile if you're really short on time or just not feeling up to a big sweaty 30-45 min. I plan to continue using this DVD to alternate high impact to "easier on the body" impact workouts. ![]() ![]() I can't say that the DVD is responsible for that, however I am pleased that I was able to continue a workout regime with this DVD that didn't exacerbate my back/pinched nerve issue. The pain I was experiencing is 95 percent gone. I like that the workout is not jarring on the body, but after walking in place for 3-4 miles with this DVD, my heart was pumping at a surprisingly good rate during the workout. I purchased this on the recommendation from a friend. ![]() I tweeked a nerve in my lower back which had prevented me for a couple of months from the high impact cardio I was was working out to. I like this workout video as an alternative to the high impact cardio I had been working out to.
